The Project Deliver Manager will contribute to the delivery of First Choice Homes Oldham’s (FCHO) development and regeneration programme and will deliver individual development initiatives providing effective project management across a range of projects.

Salary:   £15,916 Per Annum

The main purpose of the role is:-

  • To undertake clearing and cleaning of communal areas and environmental work as directed.
  • To undertake work in parks, highways, playing fields, public open spaces and landscaped areas as part of a team and to contribute to excellent service delivery.
  • To maintain grass and shrubs, basic horticultural operations, sweeping, collection and removal of litter, glass, furniture, graffiti, fly posting, dirt, leaves and weeds.
  • To work within the Environmental Services Team providing an excellent caretaking and grounds maintenance service to the Neighbourhood Teams and the wider community.
