Partnership Working

VAO helps to make links and create partnerships between groups in the voluntary sector and in other public and private sectors too.

We facilitate a range of forums, meetings and events to bring groups together in Oldham.  See below for the latest forums you can join.

If it’s not a network meeting you want but still want to get connected to others then give us a call and we’ll try our best to match you up. Please ring or email Nayan on 0161 339 2345 or

Oldham Partnership

The Oldham Partnership is the Local Strategic Partnership for the borough of Oldham. It provides the structure for local organisations and agencies to work together to address local priorities and decision making.

Policy and information - We support local groups and organisations to influence local and national policies and produce summaries of information about national and local policies that are useful to local groups.  We also provide links to a wide range of reports and papers that are produced by our partner agencies.  Click here  to find out more.
