This course will go through the practical steps involved in preparing a simple budget. Using a budget we will look at preparing a cash flow forecast to help an organisation manage their cash resources. We will then look at the process of producing a simple set of management accounts then comparing these results against the budget, analysing the variances and how this information can influence decision making. |
