We offer a learning and development programme covering topics such as management skills, health and safety, fundraising, financial management, volunteer management, communication and interpersonal skills and organisational development to help local voluntary and community and faith groups in the Oldham borough grow and thrive. This course will go through the practical steps involved in preparing a simple budget. Using a budget we will look at preparing a cash flow forecast to help an organisation manage their cash resources. We will then look at the process of producing a simple set of management accounts then comparing these results against the budget, analysing the variances and how this information can influence decision making. |
